I don't think a trade with the Suns where the Cavs end up with Markieff Morris is realistic. Cavs wouldn't want him. They'd have to find a third team with something the Cavs wanted at that price point, and that'd be tough.
A salary dump with PHX, in my mind, would be PJ Tucker (I agree, very good fit for the Cavs), Alex Len, TJ Warren, and Jon Leuer, if needed to make the salary math work. Len and Warren would then be packaged to a third team for a veteran PG.
Len and Warren should have value. They are on rookie contracts and some team out there will want a shot at one or both of them. Can't imagine dumping them would concern LMA. He'd be going there because of the backcourt and Tyson Chandler. He'd have a good backup in Markieff Morris.
Not absolutely positive that clears enough space for PHX, when you factor in the cap holds for Devin Booker and the empty roster spots, but it's close.
