It's not going down the tubes -- you guys are just having fewer and fewer reasons to claim that this board is better than a certain other board that we're not supposed to mention. But hey that's cool -- ignore a reasonable suggestion -- oh great moderator...this will probably be deleted anyway.

Not gonna lie, I'd sleep with Chelsey Clinton. It's not like she is that bad looking and like one of those things you could say for the rest of your life "I slept with Chelsey Clinton".

The best one would be "I ****ed Judge Judy", but i'd accept Chelsey.

Look, this board is how we like it. We believe it is a great forum. If you don't rate it, don't visit here. There is a reason this board is thriving and others fall by the wayside. Quality members, strong moderating team and diversity. Thats RCF.

Maybe if we could start some more threads on how Andy should dunk more, LeBron rulz, Melo sucks we'll be set!

I understand the complaint, I really do... However, it's all the matter of a click here or a click there..It's nothing to really put up a fuss about...

It's the off season and it's Political time, thus common sense must prevail here.. You're gonna have to deal with it right now...There wasn't much political chatter last year at this time, nor will there probably be at this time next year....

Let those that enjoy the political discussion enjoy their time discussing it.. Nobody is complaining about the "Sexy Girls thread" :chuckles:

Just navigate your way to the section that you want to read... This isn't hard.. Virtually every board has off topic discussions as well as other sections to cater to other general interests of their posters...

You're absolutely right...

But it's hard to say that it's "off topic" when it's on the front page of the site everyday (it starts to beg the question -- what is the topic?)...I'll just redirect my home tabs to go directly to the Cavs Talk portion of the forum.

If this happened to be true, I wouldn't really care.

Why? Because it's not the action that disturbs me, just like I don't care Bill Clinton was getting blown. Who cares, he still got the job done (more ways than one).

It's the reaction that kills me. The pregnant daughter deal doesn't matter to me, it just annoys me that the Republicans and evangelicals will support Palin anyway and the Obama campaign will leave it alone. Everyone and their mother knows that if Obama or Biden were in this situation they wouldn't stop attacking them on it until the election was a landslide in the Republican favor.

And if this were true and nothing big came of it, it will be ridiculous to see Republicans defend a woman when they wanted to burn Clinton at the stake for it. Yes, he committed perjury, but over a private matter and based on these quotes, Palin has been lying a long time if it's true.

Key word, if. I know there isn't much evidence, but the daughter scandal is enough of a double-standard to annoy the crap out of me anyways.

I would definitely hit that.

That's the thing, Obama was in the exact same situation from the same magazine. I didn't and don't hear anyone attacking. It was ignored. So your point isn't much of one.

You're joking right? The Palin thing isn't confirmed by reliable sources yet so it hasn't exploded. There wasn't truth to Obama cheating, so it also didn't.

Look at Bill Clinton. It was confirmed, and the Republicans wanted to tear him to shreds. If Obama or Biden was in this situation, the race would be over. If Palin or McCain (both suspected apparently) actually cheated, the Dems wouldn't tear at them like the Reps would, so the race would be close still.

Also, I'm not positive but that part of my comment may have been about the other situation. If Obama or Biden had prego teen daughters, they would not get support from evangelicals and would be burned at the stake by the GOP.

Either point I was making, there certainly is one. Gossip magazines don't change that.

I would love to bang Palin, wish i was the one she had the affair with....

The kid in his avatar isn't even an Ohio State fan, it was photoshoped or what not. Why would an Ohio state fan be wearing blue?

Um...I wasn't talking about offending people. I obviously don't think there's anything wrong with being offensive. I was merely mentioning that it might be useful for the front page of the site to not have the majority of topics listed being about stupid shit.

All they'd have to do is make it so that the list only shows recent Cavs related topics...just an idea. As for my other comments about the this thread and other political threads...no need to repeat those.
