2023-24 Season | Game #4 | Knicks @ Cavs | Oct. 31, 2023 | 7:30 TNT

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It’s unfortunate but it’s four games so far. And it’s common in the NBA. A lot of starters and even stats play about 68-72 games per season.
If they want to keep Mitchell, they can't take a chance thinking like that.

Did we play Evan next to Tristan like we did against Indy? Almost seemed like he needs to be playing PF and not C.

Believe me I want to be able to have people post stuff like

"LOL REMEMBER WHEN EVERYONE THOUGHT THE SEASON WAS OVER AFTER 4 GAMES"

And realistically... I expect this to even out. But I will admit I'm also discouraged because we're Donovan hero ball away from being 0-4. We collapsed vs the Thunder. Some flaws of last year feel evident this year.

And I'll let the season play out. I will.

Just hoped for more so far. Injuries or not... I also watch games for individual improvements, chemistry, schemes, attitude etc.

And I'm not seeing a lot of great stuff out there.

The schedule isn't getting any easier. And while the NBA is a long season... you dig too deep of a hole... and it won't be easy to come out of it.

And no I didn't expect to win a Championship.... but I wanted to see the team build on what they started last year.

Not blaming the refs but rather pointing out the blatant disparity in whistles.
I will say the absolutely putrid play (on offense) obscured the ref show that was going on. Cavs getting called for GSW moves at inconvenient times. Meanwhile Knicks falling down, traveling, doing the Harden Grift. Really annoying no-calls that favored the Knicks.

I won't rest until this shitty matchup is rectified. I refuse to accept that bum ass, bagless team is better than the Cavs. An "old" Tristan Thompson was cooking them. Whatever it takes to change the way the offense operates no matter who is on the floor... the Cavs need to do it.

Meh, we didn't exactly have many guys capable of drawing fouls. We generally played less aggressive. And we played tired which leads to fouls, guys who have never played together being out of sync defensively, and fouls by Knicks players not in act of shooting... Total foul disparity was only +2

2-8 start heading into Portland. Dan Gilbert could pull the trigger if they lose and are 2-9

NY, at Indy, 2 with GS, at Sac, at OKC
Is he even paying attention to the team anymore? Considering his health? His son? Not sure this is his focus

I think Mobley is a good kid, I like him. The problems he has, I just don't think are something you teach. I'll be the first to admit it. Look he be can get better, I don't think he's shit either. I just will admit, I see what others have been saying.

I think expectations should be in check. Is he the next Kevin Garnett. No, just no. lol. That was always an asinine comparison.

He should be working on the jumper inside the arc like KG though. He needs to be able to just shoot over people with his size.

This has been frustrating as fuck to say the least, is there any timetable for DG and Allen?

Is he even paying attention to the team anymore?

If I were running a mortgage business in the current economy my attention would not be on my basketball team.
