It's good in theory, but if they waive Miller (as Windhorst mentions), his contract for next year automatically becomes guaranteed. It's kind of hard to convince a guy to take one for the team by asking him to retire...

Isn't he gonna take the option anyways?

Cavaliers overseas stash Milan Macvan had 23 points shooting 11-for-11 from the field in W for Partizan.

I know he is not coming aboard, but isn't he suppose to be a physical big that could guard PF's?
I wonder if at this point he is not a better basketball player on the court then Perkins to be honest the way Perk has looked,

Macvan is probably the best prospect that the Cavs have, but I think he's under contract for the rest of this season and the rumor is that Macvan and Blatt didn't get along when he was in Tel Aviv a couple years ago. Maybe next summer.

Wizards sign Will Bynum

The 6-foot Bynum, 32, went undrafted out of Georgia Tech and is a seven-year NBA veteran. He spent the previous six campaigns with the Detroit Pistons, where he averaged 8.4 points and 3.4 assists, before signing with the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association this season.

...Bynum has been nursing a hamstring injury of his own that he sustained in China, but the former Piston will be given a roster spot, according to sources.
