After an update by Bill Greene over on the scout.com site I can now confirm that Ray Small does need to pass a couple classes this quarter to be eligible for the fall.

Hopefully he can get the job done, he plays a huge role on special teams.

How in the hell can one swing 4 road games in a 12 game schedule??? @ Toledo is a home game.

Man, if you guys don't really do damage this year, you need to destroy that entire program.

I wish SC had 8 home games ........

California is the 3rd biggest state in the Union ...... Ohio's not that big.

Cal and Toledo? No comparison who's the better program. And Northern Cali already tried to divide the state in half ......

That's Bowl season. I'm talking regular season. You can't tell me 8 home games is not a definite advantage.

And when SC does play at the Rose Bowl, the crowd is split right down the middle and the opposing Big Ten team damn sure can't complain about spending winter in Southern California.

Hell, I'm tired of SC playing in the Rose Bowl myself. Smashed Iowa, Penn State, Illinois and Michigan; and who could forget that performance by Vince Young? I was sick for three days after that game but dude played his ass off. Major Props. Would love to go to the Sugar Bowl and play an SEC squad.

a 150 mile shot up I 75 in a state you dominate to face a low level squad is a home game. Most of the crowd will definitely be rooting for OSU. Hell, the entire state will root for OSU in that game.
