Interesting, counter-culture mock draft from Steve Kyler, the publisher of Hoopsworld.
Has Cavs taking Drummond and Sullinger. MKG falls to Golden State.
In a chat today, Kyler said Cleveland might attempt to trade MKG if he fell to them. His sources say fans are bigger on MKG than teams are.

Not an atack on you Ryan, but that is one of the worst mock drafts I have seen on this draft. It's almost like he is being controversial just to get someone to ready his crappy article. MB going 2nd overall? Really?

As long as Charlotte doesn't screw things up by taking MKG he should fall to us because I think Washington has their sights set on Beal(even though I love his game).
If we could trade up IMO I would love to get Austin Rivers. Getting somebody like Rivers IMO would give us a different dynamic to the team. Like Westbrook gives OKC. When Durant doesn't have it going they give the ball to Westbrook and he goes to work. It's kind of like having 2 different teams. I feel Rivers has the same ability. I feel like to be successful in the playoffs you have to have players that can get their own shots. Rivers is one of the best in this draft at getting his own shot.

The Bullshit Whisperer's my favorite guy to follow for Cavs-related stuff right now. He's pretty good.

Yeah, not to parrot a few of these other posts, but it seems like we're losing sight of the fact that MKG, the guy I've wanted all along, seems to be falling right into our laps at 4.
Did part of me get greedy when the Golden State rumor started and I started picturing MKG AND Lamb, Drummond, Harkless, etc? Well of course, but bottom line, we're walking away with our guy tomorrow night if MJ passes, and it's looking more and more like he will.
Also, still not coming off my stance with Varejao. The guy is already glued to the floor, is losing his lateral mobility (biggest strength) and never could shoot worth a shit. What's left? Heart? Desire? This is our last chance to get more than a bag of peanuts, so if we dont make a move on draft night, come talk to me when he's a homeless man's basketball version of Travis Hafner in a year or two. Unlike some of you, my heart doesnt reside between my ears.
