You go to Perez. Tomlin rarely threw past 90 some pitches for a reason- after teams get a few looks at Tomlin, they start to hit him. He is also HR prone. If you stick Tomlin in and he gives up a double, you are then bringing Perez into a jam. Closer is Perezs job, you bring him in, especially with Tomlin.
