2013 Series #34 -|- White Sox @ Indians -|- July 29th, 30th, 31st and August 1st

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Man I'm loving this play from Raburn. It makes Detroit fans feel the same way some of us feel about Peralta; the only difference now is Raburn still can play.

Love this time of year.

Indians in the playoff hunt, OSU month, NFL training camp, basketball around the corner. Finally ALL of Ohio sports teams are on the up&up.

Shows how much better then Indians are doing this year (as you can already tell...)

I'm at work and couldn't really watch or listen. Someone want to give me a brief summary?

How did Masty look?

He can have a 97 Jared Wright effect.

My 4 man rotation for post season.
Masterson, Kluber, Mcalister, Salazar.

Kazmir is my long guy. I dont trust Jimmenez.

I just had to comment on this.

Why change what's been working & has been the main reason we're on this run right now?

I see no reason to put Salazar in the rotation for Kazmir going into the postseason.

(If we get there, *knock on wood*)

By the way, Kazmir vs the playoff contenders:

6 GS, 35 2/3 IP, 30 H, 12 BB, 37 K, 3.28 ERA

Why make a change just to make a change?

On my way home from the game now. Crowd was great for a day game in the middle of the week, very energetic.

Had a phenomenal time at the game. Was sitting right next to the on-deck circle so we spent the whole game yelling at Swisher and Raburn while also bowing down to Rich Hill.

Nasty

I particularly liked the 9th inning when the drunk kids in the bleachers were chanting every player's name on the field and getting them to wave. :chuckles:

1) Maybe you're right. Maybe he could be that guy - but let's see him when the call-ups happen.
2) I just don't agree with this one bit...
3) Mainly because, Kazmir gets better with almost every start and the same can be said about Ubaldo.

As MoFlo said, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I don't see the point in Salazar coming up to be a starter either. The rotation has been the strength of this team (who would have ever thought that?).

I do think he should come up to be in the bullpen though. I know his future is a starter and it could take time to adjust blah blah blah babying another player blah blah bullshit..... We are trying to make the damn playoffs here. We may not have a chance to make the playoffs again for another 6 years. We need to do everything we can to get there. Salazar has to be given a chance in the pen, considering pretty much every reliever we have sucks ass.

& ESPN Stats & Info had a tweet about them. Indians are no biggie though.
