2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He reminds me of a more fluid Paul George. He moves with such ease. I know I've said it already but he's realizing his potential so quickly. Both offensively and defensively.

Yeah it would have.

Regardless, the Cleveland game seemed to turn his season around.

Averaging 21.5ppg in the 8 games (over 20 in 7 of the 8) since Cleveland on 52% shooting.

It's not like he's just sitting out there chucking to get the points.

To have come so far so quickly already at just 19 (supposedly had no offensive game coming into the league) portends huge things to come once he fills out a bit and really learns the game.

When he gets his handle to above average he will be a superstar. That spin move today was crazy

Didn't really think OKC was going to miss the playoffs but it's looking like a real possibility now. Sure they are just 4 games back of the 8th spot but Phoenix is 6 games over .500 while OKC is 2 below. Throw in that NO is right there with them and it's going to be a real dogfight to get them into playoffs. Can't believe they may miss the playoffs during Durant's prime.

At least we don't have this problem between players and coaches. (Morris v Hornacek)

Dion 1-6…suddenly feeling better about the trade lol.

Does anyone ever shoot well in their first game after a mid-season trade? Smith didn't hit a shot last night either. That doesn't mean anything and neither does Dion shooting 1-9.

Just when I think Chicago has turned the corner and gotten everything figured out they go and lose to the Jazz by 20...what the fuck.

Everyone was broke as shit yesterday. They had tons of open outside looks. But I will give credit to Gobert from the Jazz. That fucker was a beast and altered anything that came into the lane. Plus I think they also fell into the trap of the sammich game. Rockets on Monday and Wizards on Friday.

Interesting loss from Toronto tonight. At home to Charlotte who is still w/o Jefferson....

Pistons/Hawks is actually kind of a big game tonight. Pistons have won 7 in a row, the Hawks 6 in a row.

The Hawks are a buzz saw right now, just laying the wood on the Pistons.

Wizards have great balance. Pierce was really a huge pickup for them last off-season.

Dion off to a great start in OKC tonight. 4-6, 8 points, an assist, a couple of steals (with 2 turnovers to match). Their bench is terrible, if he can stabilize it, they'll be in great shape. They really need an offensive minded C/PF off the bench, though.
