2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Brewer is shooting .420% from 3 in HOU. On five 3FGA per game.

WTF is going on ?? He's a career .300 ????
small sample size, but he's also playing in a really smart offensive system with a phenomenal playmaker. that helps.
Pau Gasol: 46 points, 18 rebounds.

He still got it.
it's too bad he'll be dead by the playoffs because thibs is still clueless about managing minutes. same for jimmy butler.

Pau is averaging 34 minutes per game. Buckets is down to 39.8 minutes. Suspect his minutes are going to come down some more once Dunleavy come back with Snell giving the Bulls quality play off the bench.

"down to" 39.8? that is insane.

pau is almost 35 years old with 37k+ minutes on his body in nba play alone plus a ton of international play. on top of that, the bulls also have one of the best benches up front with taj/niko.

if they were fighting for a playoff spot in the super-tough west it could at least be defensible. in the east? absolutely. no. way. and they're going to pay for it once the playoffs roll around.

Miami's Whiteside with 18 and 12...in 19 minutes and a+25.

How the hell did they find this guy?

Minutes are going down as the Bulls get healthier. Butler will probably be in 36 minutes range and Gasol in the 31 minute range by seasons end.

On another note, the Hawks are rolling. 8 victories in a row.

It's like their scouts actually do their jobs. I guarantee you they are 3-5 more guys out there like him between the d-league and the europeans leagues.

Recently, he reminds me of Pat Bev in that he has a legitimate chance to carve out an NBA career.

The sad thing is that we don't necessarily need great skill because we have that. What we need is athleticism, length, and size.

There's this 26 year old 7'3" 300-pound late-bloomer with a nice post-game on a Croatian team playing in Euroleague - Boban Marjanovic. He's averaging 15.2ppg, 10.2rpg in 28mpg - for Euroleague those are pretty beastly numbers. For a guy his size, he's pretty mobile too.

Jonas is having a career night against Drummond. 31-12. Detroit up 3 with a minute and a bit to go. This team is real. Meanwhile, Orlando up 17 on Chicago with a minute left in the 3rd.

This is what sucks most about us being terrible this year. With the PG13 injury and a post surgery Rose, the east is a wide open chasm right now.

Next year Indiana will be tons better and Rose should be in better shape.

Pistons are just 2 games out of the playoffs...

So Oladipo is already a better player than Waiters I see. That didn't take long. I wasn't huge on Victor, but I had him rated higher than Bennett.
