2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yepp.. looks like the Spurs have awaken from their slumber. Sorry Western Conference, you've been trolled.

My gosh, they are killing them. This team might actually win out and get the second seed.

Oh well to be the champs, got to beat them. It will be a hell of a series if its Cavs vs Spurs.

It can go either way. Right now though, hard to deny that the Spurs might be the best team in basketball if you throw out records.

Looks like New Orleans may get the final spot in the west, if so, looking forward to seeing Anthony Davis in the playoffs.

Without Durant and Ibaka, GS vs. OKC wouldn't be as fun as GS vs. NO.

Warriors will roll over either team, doesn't really matter.

Davis is going to have to play like Wilt Chamberlain for it be interesting at all.

Davis definitely has the edge against most of the bigs on GS. Tyreke Evans might give Curry a fit because of his size. They have a chance of making it competitive if they're healthy. Maybe Golden State will get Golden Stated.

For a team with a star like Anthony Davis, New Orleans is pretty damn boring to watch.

OKC may be banged up, but they just run and chuck with their current roster. Neither the Pelicans or Thunder will go past 5 games. I think I'd prefer OKC for the entertainment (also: Ball Hard in the playoffs! Playoffs Ball Hard!)

The spurs are playing this type of ball with Baynes in the line up.

Holy shit

Pacers' Chris Copeland stabbed, 2 Hawks arrested in NYC club incident, according to report

By Tom Ziller@teamziller on Apr 8, 2015, 7:30a

Multiple NBA players were involved in what appears to be a wild scene at a nightclub in Chelsea.

Indiana Pacers forward Chris Copeland was stabbed and his wife slashed by a knife in a New York City nightclub incident on Wednesday, according to a wild report by the New York Daily News. Two Atlanta Hawks -- Pero Antic andThabo Sefolosha -- were also reportedly arrested on charges of obstructing justice as a part of the incident.

The Pacers had been in New York preparing to play against Copeland's former team, theKnicks. The teams meet on Wednesday. The Hawks had beaten the Suns in Atlanta on Tuesday before flying to New York, where they'll face the Nets on Wednesday. Antic and Sefolosha could only have physically been in NYC for a couple hours before the apparent arrests.

A suspect in the stabbings was arrested, according to the Daily News. There's no word yet on the severity of injuries for Copeland and his wife nor whether Antic and Sefolosha remain in custody. The report cited anonymous sources who said the Hawks refused to move when cops were attempting to set up a crime scene.

I'm watching the Magic vs. Bulls right now. Can anyone give me a rundown on the Magic's Payton? He has made a big impact the last few minutes of the second quarter. Thoroughly impressed by him.

Spurs beating down the Rockets. Here we go, they're going to win out and get the second seed. Unreal. If they beat them in Houston too, I think they will. I don't see the Suns and Pelicans beating them.

Memphis needs to lose one more game too though. Memphis @ LAC, and @ GS to end the season. Fuck me!

Yep. Pop is also playing his starters back-to-back with heavy minutes. He wants that second seed. They're now officially locked into playoff mode.

Indiana has also won both games Paul George has played in and he has scored double digit points in each one with limited minutes..

This is getting fun.

I think I am going to watch the Spurs and Rockets game Friday, instead of the Cavs game.

That game is going to decide the second seed in the West.

There's no way Memphis sweeps their last remaining games. LAC is still playing for seeding, and even though GS has everything wrapped up, they are still playing their guys.
