What about Bama winning this week, both or one team lose on the 29th and then the winner of the SEC West losing in the SEC championship game? Then it's possible no SEC team makes it.Everyone is all over Miami to beat FSU this week.
So I'm putting all my money on FSU and riding it to a huge win.
Rooting hard for Mississippi State this weekend, Bama loses and they'll fall back behind the 1-loss teams.

Agreed. As bad of a rap the Big 10 gets, the ACC is considered worse by most. Because, it is.FSU is an interesting case. I was under the assumption that they would get the benefit of the doubt being the defending champs. However, the committee already has a 1 loss team over them. A 1 loss FSU might be the lowest ranked 1 loss team. I think a loss OSU stands a good chance of being over a 1 loss FSU.

Would depend on other things. How much would their loss be by? How much would they beat Florida or Duke by? Does Notre Dame, their best win, drop another game? Does OSU blow out Minnesota and Nebraska?I'm not so sure about that. FSU losing on the road to Miami isn't nearly as egregious as OSU losing at home to Virginia Tech regardless of the circumstances. Given that neither OSU or FSU play particularly difficult schedules, I think OSU's loss to Va Tech will be hard for the committee to overlook in that instance. I'd love to be wrong about that though.
Garbage VT making a bowl game may be crucial for our chances.Go:
Miss State
Miami
Kansas
Oregon State
OSU
Nebraska
and what the hell, Virginia Tech go beat Duke.
