2014 NBA Off Season Moves For Other Teams Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I've been wondering for a while now why Indiana didn't match the offer sheet Lance got from the Hornets. Seemed to me like something they should've done with no hesitation. I did some research and found an article which said Indiana actually couldn't match for whatever reason. Anyone know why?

Because he was an unrestricted free agent.

I was happy for Byron Scott on getting the Lakers job until I read this in reference to his past coaching jobs:

“It’s kind of hard when the guys in the organization haven’t been to a Finals or haven’t won anything, for them to tell you how to get there when I’ve been there,” - Scott

Oh, guess my sources were wrong. Could've sworn he was a RFA but I guess not.

That website says he was a RFA but some other ones say UFA. I'll take your word for it though as it makes sense.

Yea, that's what I was thinking when stephenson signed with Charlotte. He was a RFA and that Indiana could not match because they had 3 Million under the cap, however that was not the case.

lots of bad and inconsistent reporting throughout the internet saying he was a RFA but the official site lance is a UFA.

Aaron Craft signed by the Warriors!

Matthew Dellavedova is Bobby Boucher. Aaron Craft is the towell boy.

Wait... I wasn't aware that other teams were allowed to make moves this summer
