I'll trust Cleveland's prep arms when they perform, but these guys are definitely outside the norm from what they've taken lately.

Don't know what they signed McKenzie for but they should have close to $1M to spend before losing next years pick-- that's IF they want to go into the overage tax.

Nah, the Indians rarely announce draft pick signings outside of their 1st pick. This is the same guy I got most of the other HS signings from, and he's proven to be right, so he's earned my trust.

Justin Garza signed yesterday per a buried blurb on the Tribe's site at the end of a Nick Swisher update. I would post a link but I like scavenger hunts.

They do announce signings just not with individual articles. McKenzie has not signed yet but that doesn't mean a deal isn't in place. The article said 10 of the first 11 picks are signed and that only leaves Triston. If he is in AZ I would say odds are very good he wants to sign.

Glad to see Matt Esparza signed. He played on a youth travel team with my younger brother growing up before he moved out to California. Crazy to see someone I watched play the game as a 10 year old become a prospect for the Tribe.

Didn't see this posted anywhere here: Luke Wakamatsu signed on the 9th. Son of Don Wakamatsu and was considered a hard to sign guy.

Too early to start a 2016 draft thread so I'll put this here....

PG All-American Game is on MLB Network right now. Safe to say Jason Groome is the early heavy favorite to be selected #1 overall in the 2016 draft. 6'6" 220 lb. LHP from NJ but spent last year at IMG Academy in Florida. Throws 93-96 and mixes in this curveball from hell.....
