2015 NBA Playoffs Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I am happy with ANYONE in the finals besides the Spurs. And Jesus Christ, Patty fucking Mills has ice in his veins.

Parker's health is critical... crazy they pulled this game out on the road with Tony Parker doing nothing before leaving in the 4th.

Blake pissed away a monster game w/ those brain farts in OT.

Patty Mills is what Dion should be, but will never will be.

I know a lot of folks in here are pissed that the Spurs won, but I wouldn't be concerned, for two reasons:

1. If Parker and Splitter aren't healthy, this team is going to have a hell of a time getting out of the West

and

2. It's a little silly to be concerned about potential finals opponents in the first round.

Agreed. If they are healthy though I do expect the Spurs to reach the Conference Finals.

Obviously a big "if" at the moment.

Was a great game to watch...
Don't count out the clippers just yet, the spurs are having a hard time dealing with them and they can definitely steal one of two in Texas, moreover if Parker is out that is a big factor...

Anybody watch the Hawks game?
How did they look? I see the result is pretty close, did they have any trouble against Brooklyn?

I understand some would be happy to see the Spurs taken out - not me.

I think so highly of the Spur`s basketball and Tim Duncan ( 28 points, 11 rebounds and 14-of-23 shooting at 38 years old! are you kidding me?) that I am never sad to see them win. I am a Cavs fan till the end but if we were to meet the Spurs in the finals and lose - I would still grieve but not nearly to the extent as if we lost to the Rockets for instance. I know they are dangerous - but only in the finals could I root against the Spurs. And in some ways, if we really do beat the Spurs in series only then will I feel we have really arrived. Love the Cavs - but greatly respect the Spurs.

I share this sentiment.
Spurs play so well and such great basketball that for me, as a basketball fan, it is really hard to root against them.

Duncan in my opinion should already be in the discussion for top 5 NBA players ever...
The things he does at this stage of his career are beyond ridiculous. Parker, Kawhi, Manu, all are great but it will always be Timmy's team, and one hell of a team it is...
