I do not believe steals and blocks count as deflections. Fairly certain that when they say deflections, they mean getting a hand on a pass that doesn't result in a steal.

The 2nd half was hilarious because it mostly consisted of the Cavs' players deciding to single-handedly roast each of the Celtics' "best" defenders. It started with LeBron nailing a couple of threes over Crowder. Then Kyrie got to cross up and bang a three in Smart's face. Then they went over to Love one-on-one against Horford for a jumper. Then JR got the ball against Horford, crossed him up a couple of times and dotted the i in his face. Finally ended with the dribbling exhibition and step back three by Kyrie on Bradley.

Might has well have been a contest with a sign that said, "come get this work."
