I kinda wanna turn around and trade that pick+TT+Shump for Khris Middleton and Thon Maker. Get a team that can switch and let Lebron play free safety all season. That pick isn't turning into Marvin Bagley lol get real guys

This looks like a fantastic deal. I thought Kyrie might have screwed Cleveland's leverage, but this is just a great haul.

its gonna be so great to watch Kyrie dribble 50 times in one play, while ignoring Horford, Tatum and Hayward.

That flashy new FA signing isn't gonna get any love from Kyrie lol

So, we got...

- a scorer to immediately plug-in for Kyrie's production.
- badly needed young defensive wing.
- 20 year old true center/7 footer.
- potential top 5 unprotected pick.

WHAT?

They started the rebuild with a chance at having a really good team this year.
Griffin who?

I don't like IT as a player but even im not blind enough to see that he doesn't have Kyrie's baggage and his ability to run an offense with LeBron out. Also dude is a foul drawing fucking machine. He is going to rack up free throws like hell as the second option. Hes also a willing passer who will now be the 2nd option. He should do well.

I wonder if he can help get Love more involved on offense as well.

This is a all or nothing year. If IT and Bron come back that pick is a huge key for another all star. If Bron and IT leave or one does that pick is for sure should be kept. I feel unless someone throws like can't pass all-star maybe but other keep it. Kinda feels nice to still be winning and having a potential top three pick again.

That's horrible.

Hell fucking no

I just looked at his Wikipedia page

:-/

Lebron: I heard you thought I was behind the Phoenix deal to get you out
Kyrie: Everyone knows deals don't get made without your approval
Lebron: The Cavs front office is about to do this shitty Celtics trade
Kyrie: I heard about it
Lebron: You know I can't be behind a deal this stupid for such an overrated player like IT
Kyrie: You got a point
Lebron: They might even be dumb enough to pay IT
Kyrie: IT has the most inflated stats in the league
Lebron: I can't wait to go to LA if they're gonna back up the brinks truck for that midget
Kyrie: HAHA
Lebron: Btw, the Phoenix trade way back wasn't my idea either
Kyrie: Listening...
Lebron: PG13 and I wanted KLove-PG13. Not you for PG13 which we wouldn't commit for.
Kyrie: I believe you. The seriousness of trade talks with the Celtics prove your innocence.

Logging in just to say this might be the worst post I've ever seen on here. I mean, what?

Ill put it this way for perspective

A lot of us were pissed Kyrie put out his request so late after all the stars were traded.

I, and I know some others shared the sentiment, would have traded Kyrie for George given his trade request and how bad of a spot that put us in

Well now we didn't get George. But instead we got a poor man's Kyrie (still a top 30 player), the defensive wing we have been wanting since Coward signed in GSW, a really fucking tall Croatian, AND an asset that could have very easily gotten George.

So maybe things go south in OKC? we have the most attractive rebuilding pick you could ask for. Ok, maybe it isn't George, but someone will come up. And when they do we can fucking pounce.

So we get a guy who did everything Kyrie did (albeit worse), a legit wing defender, a tall fucking Croatian, AND the ammo to grab the next star on the market.

IT
Bron
Love
Next star to be dealt

Gentlemen. A big 4 is upon us... and we just got our motherfucking depth back
