I'm just saying we now have the ability to top whatever Houston will offer and it's going to be a pick between #25-30. Add Melo even for one year and it makes us a real competitor to Golden State. Adding Crowder helps our defense a ton.
 
Yea I was skeptical at first but man did we get a solid haul. Like our depth moving forward especially

Guys, there's no reason to spend that Brooklyn pick, or honestly no reason to make any roster adjustments unless you can fleece someone like we just did to Ainge. We're in pole position, still the best team in the East and with the best non-player asset in the league.

Damn, you're right. I didn't even think about trading that. We should now be in place to get the next superstar to hit the market. I just kept think we would use it in the draft.
 
I am beside myself right now. Seriously didn't think Danny hoarding Ainge would relent on the BKN pick.

Man I know we always want the star and the moon so some may not be happy we didn't squeeze out a little more, but we got a phenomenal haul for a guy who literally requested a trade. By far better than Butler, George, or Cousins fetched
 
We did great! We can still compete and have a lot of hope for the future. Ainge got destroyed here! Crowder will help v GSW!
 
I don't like IT as a player but even im not blind enough to see that he doesn't have Kyrie's baggage and his ability to run an offense with LeBron out. Also dude is a foul drawing fucking machine. He is going to rack up free throws like hell as the second option. Hes also a willing passer who will now be the 2nd option. He should do well.
