Already nervous as shit for this series. I was way too cocky thinking we’d make it to the World Series last year. I thought we’d get bounced early in 16’. This year, I’m in the same boat. We’re the underdogs
 
In Tito we trust. Come on it’s been 70 years. Since 95 we’ve been in the playoffs (including wild card do or die) 11 times. Law of averages states we should have won one. That one is this year. That being said super nervous but glad we’re arent going in as favorites

Right? I don’t have the type of job where I can just take half days so it definitely pisses me off.

Come on man, you know it's a market thing. No way in hell they'll put the Tribe over LA and BOS/NY.

Baseball is an everyday sport so these games have to get in, they can't spread them out just to have 2-3 games a night in the evening. Unfortunately we get screwed, this is why I enjoy streaming sports so the fucks don't get my rating.

Having the game at 1:30pm Houston time doesn't make Astros and Indians fans more likely to watch the later games. I would be willing to bet that most Houston and Cleveland fans aren't going to adjust their Friday night schedule because they have to catch the Cubs and Brewers and then the Red Sox and Yankees. All it does is make them less likely to watch the games they actually would have watched because they're at work. No reason they can't have a game at 5, 6:30, 8 and 9:30 so the meat of the games and endings are spread out.

Those time slots definitely makes sense for fans of select teams involved but MLB will MLB. They are assuming everyone will catch every game because the word Playoffs.
 
So no one gives the indians a damn chance this series. Somewhat frustrating.

Going to have to give everyone a big ole shitburger

Who are you to criticize a league that currently has one of the greatest talents all time that is 11th in jersey sales....they know what they are doing.

The MLB is completely ignorant of how to even do a half ass job in marketing. They've catered to a handful of teams for as long as I've been alive. I'd love to see Boston get knocked out by the As.
