Deone Buchanan? I know Wilks has familiarity with him.
Signed with Tampa.
Also sucks, so I’m thankful.

He signed with Tampa Bay earlier today.Deone Buchanan? I know Wilks has familiarity with him.
I know that a lot of his metrics were not flattering. Thanks for the update on his signing too. Have been limited in looking at NFL news today.Signed with Tampa.

It's no surprise the Dee Ford talks picked up quickly when the Browns snagged OBJ. Local media basically had OBJ on the Niners roster for three weeks, making arrogant claims they were far in the lead for his services. LOL!
Well he’s letting an All Pro safety walk out the door for nothing, after refusing to trade him during the season.
Me thinks Gettleman gives zero shits about what that fan base thinks, for better or for worse.

He probably can't sell it but Haskins and best WR available at #17 wouldn't be the worst idea.
Barkley is great but they really fucked up by taking him over Darnold or Rosen. Keeping OBJ would be more feasible if you have your QB in place already. Even if they still made the trade, then the discussion is about adding guys at #6 and #17 around your QB.That WR at 17 ain’t going to be better than OBJ, so really you’ve just traded OBJ for (Kelvin Harmon/Hakeem Butler), a third rounder and Peppers.
The more I think about that, the less appealing it is for me if I’m a Giants fan. It’s partly what sold me on it from the Browns perspective.
Getting a third round pick and Jabrill Peppers to replace OBJ with a lesser player isn’t that great. But that’s what happens when players have power.
Just nice to be on the receiving end of that player power for once.
