2021 NFL Draft: Day 3 (Rounds 4-7)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hard to disagree, similar to Berry he seemed to go grab a slot/gadget weapon as opposed to a more traditional outside weapon (granted, in R1 instead of R3).

To me, day two/three is where you get those gadget guys. Drafting them in round one almost never pans out, and I don't think Jason Garrett is creative enough to utilize Toney properly in the first place. I also think his skillset is a bit redundant given that the Giants have Saquon Barkley.

this is the answer. They just got the guy they wanted in the fourth. Everyone else must be rated around the same so take the ammo next year. Love this FO
It was the right play except the last of the Edge rushers with any upside are now gone. Must be a few I am not aware of they like later or something

It’s just so great to watch a front office with a plan and execute that plan coldly and efficiently. AB reminds me of Ozzie.
It’s like the exact opposite of 2012.

I guess they would rather fill out the DL with vets this year.

It's a trade. I wouldn't say it's a great trade. If the lions suck next year it's basically a gain of a 5th round pick this year.

C

If the browns had gotten a future 3rd that would have been a great trade

They moved up 100 spots and moved a 4th rounder from this to next year.

It's a pretty great trade. And there is still a ton of talent there.

I am taking Nixon or Snowden at 132 outside gamble RBC/WRS Felton

Love the Togiai pick, hard working and strong DT. Can push Jordan Elliott and adds depth the DT room. The only nit pick I have is the lack of any DE drafted considering the health issues of Clowney and Takk but as Smooth said, we may be underestimating how much the Browns love Boise State DE Curtis Weaver, who they claimed last year and stashed. Newsome/JOK add depth to the secondary and LB corps and Hudson can be the 6th man along the OL.

Let's see what happens with the last couple of picks but Berry & Co. continue to make smart, rational picks...

Not with Nixon available who has much better upside much better length etc.
Togiai is a good back up with some potential to be some what of a poor mans Richarson clone so this is the one pick I am not happy with. Hope he is better than I expect
