What’s up with Kareem Hunt?

I thought he looked pretty washed last year. He just didn’t seem to have that burst he used to that would always see him getting an extra couple of yards or slip past a defender.

There are also still guys like Zeke and Cook out there, and cost being equal, I’d rather kick the tires on Cook and Zeke (in that order) than Hunt. Zeke has lost a step too but he was a little better than Hunt last year imo.

The reason I hated the Alex Wright pick (and still do) is that he has zero bend around the edge. He will never be a pass rush threat on the outside.

That being said, if he can thrive inside, you don't really need to bend around the reach of an offensive tackle...
