2023 NFL/Browns Predictions

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle
McDaniel's scheme
One of the greatest DC's of all time takes over one of the most talented defenses in the league

People also don't understand how good NYJ's roster is, and think that Aaron Rodgers is declining.
Saved me the keystrokes

I’m bullish on the Dolphins provided Tua doesn’t have any repeat head trauma which is, admittedly, a risk

Between NYJ and MIA, I don't know who has the worst O-Line. The success of their seasons may come down to their O-Lines respectively.

I hate doing predictions (I don't gamble, either), but I wanted to get this on record. In full disclosure, *something* (laugh if you want) told me the Browns were getting Watson, even after he took them off his list. I have receipts posted elsewhere. I mention that only to preface that the same feeling that said "this isnt over" when Watson crossed the Browns off his list is saying that the Browns will win 12-13 games this year. If the feeling is accurate, the Bengals will fall off and the Browns will win the AFCN, followed by the Ravens, Steelers and Bengals. The Browns will start 3-1, and carry that to their best season ever. No Super Bowl, but the leap to legitimate contention is made.

I may be wrong completely, or partially, but that's a feeling I haven't been able to shake for about a week. Of course I just jinxed the whole thing by sharing this publicly, but it's also on record.

How may real teams are in the NFC?
2 or 3 tops. Idc how bad the NFC South is, Saints aren't winning 12 games or making it past the 1st rd of the playoffs.

I got us at 13 wins. That's assuming health all around, improved Stefanski and Deshaun. We as fans have to make those assumptions, otherwise what's the point of watching.

I don't think our division is as good as others (still better than most). The AFC may be loaded but I think everyone has flaws and most teams as as beatable as they have been. There is zero reason not to make a deep run. If we can't do it now, as goods this team is, then we will likely never do it.

Zero excuses. Get it done. Win the whole fucking thing.

....thats if the NFL referees let us, which I still don't think they'll let Deshaun do it.

Poor Tua gonna get dunked in week 1. Still think it's mildly criminal he's been cleared to play.

Wait until you hear about Denzel Ward playing just 2 weeks after his 4th confirmed concussion...

While I personally don’t think it matters, because it’s these guys future after football, but it won’t get talked about near as much because Ward isn’t a QB

I don't do predictions, so here goes...

Floor is 9 wins. Ceiling is 13 wins. So I guess my median is 11 wins, which should be good enough to make the playoffs one way or the other.

This team has a really wide variance IMO. The division is very difficult and until we actually see it from Watson, it's hard for me to comfortably say it's for sure gonna happen again for him.

I think the floor is probably like 7 wins (which to be clear would get at least Stefanski fired). I do think the ceiling could be as many as 12 or possibly even 13 though.

I will go with 10 wins.. it may take a minute for DeSean to click in real-time. Buy the team has the horses. Just gotta let them loose..
