I really liked what I saw of Bryce Young when I watched Alabama and would take him #1... but I'd be simultaneously terrified of his size if I were a Panthers fan
His talent is undeniable but for him to be a success he would have to be an absolute anomaly the league has never seen before. More than Brees, and you’re taking him #1

I always love stock footage breakdowns like this. The car chase in Bullet was my favorite until this one. Outstanding.
Are the Flats considered Ohio City? That gas station is down by the Hustler Club and the Flat Iron Cafe.

I like to think that Sonny stopped in for a quick peek at the Hustler Club before heading to the water park.

The Flats are its own district, not part of Ohio City.

If Bryce was 6'3", he'd be the unanimous #1 and be examined against guys like Burrow and Lawrence.

His size is his only real drawback. I think you just understand that you'll have to play around that--sort of like how Seattle played around Russ or how KC plays around Mahomes.

I got you there, right? Surely Mahomes isn't small. What is OOTRATQ smoking? Well, one thing that smaller QB's like to do, and that Young is notorious for, is taking a very deep drop. Bryce Young likes to take 9 step drops so he can see the field better. Mahomes did the exact same thing. He dropped incredibly deep in KC and it put an immense amount of pressure on their tackles. Because now the defensive end can just run upfield past you instead of having to come into you and beat you.

Mahomes started fixing his dropbacks this year. I think in order to maximize Young, you need to let him take his deep drops, and then make sure you have the offensive line to deal with it.

I think that area is squarely "down by the river"

If you tell someone "The Flats" they're thinking by the mouth of the river--either the West Bank with the Aquarium and Shooters, or the East Bank with all the new stuff.

"Down by the river" is the way I'd refer to it and I practically lived on the river for a good chunk of my life.

Geauga Lake was so much fun as a kid.
My first concert was Geauga Lake - Michelle Branch, Gavin DeGraw and Vanessa Carlton I think. I was probably 15 or so. Went moreso for the coasters but I’m a big Spirit Room fan, banger after banger on that album.

Seeing some smoke on the Cardinals trading out of #3 while moving Hopkins in the process.

Stroud to the Texans is picking up heavy on twitter.

Starting to think QBs might end up going 1-2-3-4 after all with the Cardinals trading out.

Or maybe 1-2-4-5.

The Panthers need their pick to hit. Trading a top ten pick, another 1st, second, third and DJ Moore is a lot of ammo for hope.
