Good start. I am really confused, though. Not sure if it is because I am a piece of shit or that everyone is confused.

This is setting up to be a good one, I feel. PLUS!!!!!!!! :

I didn't find this episode to be terrifying. I'm assuming your girlfriend isn't a fan of supernatural/horror. Cuba in this is destracting for me. I don't know why.
I'll give it a few more episodes to see if I'll keep up with it.

I found it more intriguing than terrifying.

She hates anything scary. She thinks The Strain is frightening. She won't even bother looking at the new Ring/Blair Witch movie posters, let alone even trying to get her to watch them. I leave before her for work, and she wanted me to stay around until she left b/c she didn't want to be left alone. THIS MORNING! I want to show her old school movies like Poltergeist or a classic, Phantasm, but no way in hell.

When I saw him in there too I was a bit weirded out, but whatever, we will see how it goes.

I thought the 2nd episode got better.

The scenes with the little girl always seem to freak people out.

The pig thing is a bit weird, but I did eat bacon last night, so I felt alright about it.

I paused it on the scene where the man goes back into the house near the end and I knew it was going to be that person in the mirror. Set up pretty easily.

Currently, I am still hooked. The GF officially stopped watching this episode. What a feline.

Enjoyed this episode. I actually think the ongoing pig thing is kind of creepy.

The girls running the asylum were a little too Charlie Manson for me, was hoping they'd be more Asylum-like. Like more solemn, less laughy and peppy.

The poor decision making keeping them in the house is a little distracting. Wish they'd have added an element of hypnosis drawing them back to the house rather than the lack of money or need to battle the neighbors. Most people would have walked away from the mortgage at this point.

That said, I think the plot and acting are overall excellent. Really enjoying this season so far and looking forward to the episodes in the way that I did seasons 1 and 2. Last season felt like a vanity project.

Jesus fucking Christ the acting is horrible.


I wouldn't be surprised if every scene only had one take.

Horrible. Horrible.

Characters have zero depth, it's not creepy or scary, the writing feels like whose line is it without jokes, it's contrived and the hackiest bullshit I've ever seen

The accents.. Dolores Claiborne is just.. wow.

This other lead actually was written to call attention to her English accent, which is terrible.

Again her line Is "hello, you might not remember me in the show because I have an English accent!"

And it's obvious she was not written lines but to instead talk like an English person would and stay within this skeleton. "I most simply won't! She's bloody crackers!" Pronouncing every hard R of course.



.. You can't even tell what the fucking props are, they also need to be explained. "ARE THOSE FETAL PIG CORPSES?" I guess so. Lol @ the indistinct pig parts spun via skewers through the wall. Jesus.

I've been sold. It got better. That one episode was fucking trash.

First person view of being impaled and burned to death was real.
