As far as I know this guy has shown no interest in coaching, but damn it if I still wouldn't love to see the Cavs pursue Gary Payton for one of the assistant positions. Dude was probably the most complete PG ever to play the game and was tough as nails. He would teach all of our young players what it takes to be a successful, professional athlete... and he wouldn't take shit or attitude or laziness from ANYBODY. Since he's one of the best to ever play (and has a ring), you know he would probably be the best mentor we could hope to have for both Kyrie and Dion. Chances of it happening, though, are about as close to zero as you can get.
