I think the Favre comparison is a good one, for now.
Baker had his moments last year where he got a little carried away and forced passes he didn't need to. If there's anything that will keep him from being in that elite tier in the next couple years, it'd be the interceptions.
Hopefully he has/will learn that he doesn't need to force those passes, especially now with all the weapons we have. Trust yourself and trust your teammates. It's not worth taking unnecessary risks.
He's got the arm strength and the accuracy to make every throw. He's got the teammates to make the plays. If he plays within himself, he and the team will reap the benefits.
At the very least, it's good to know that he'd always be willing to go down swinging, no matter the circumstance. He'd never go full Goff in the Super Bowl. He might lose because he threw multiple picks, but he's not gonna lose by lack of trying. And that's more than enough for now for a guy that's only 24.
