We don't go back to KC this year. I assume it'd be tough to get them to agree to finish this game in Cleveland.

Doesn't matter if they agree, it's the MLB rule. It gets continued the next time we play them on their field, and if it's the last game on their home field, then it gets transferred to our field the next time we play them. I guess they could choose not to play, but I imagine that would be a forfeit and we would win.

Found it. Glad to say I was wrong. Just seemed absurd to me that somebody would be forced to finish a home game on the road.

Royals have to get their last AB in extras, so can't call the game right now. Game will resume with the Tribe up 4-2. Either it resumes tonight or in 3 weeks when KC comes here.

Option 1: Finish tonight. Option 2: If weather doesn't allow, game is suspended, not called. Resumed 9/22 before KC game in Cleveland ...At the same point we are at in the game now (no reverting back to the top of the 10th, that's non-sense).
