I think I hate them more now that I see them in a more real context. There's just a really weird clash going on with the vertical stripes of the helmet and the horizontal stripes on the chest.

I'd anticipate bigger numbers, thicker stripes, no spacing between the striping, and I'm not sure you'll see such a harsh slant at the edge of each stripe.

You also neglected the striping on the pants.

Especially with those changes mentioned, how can you not like those uniforms? Let alone hate them?

I swear some people decided to hate these uniforms when they announced they'd redo them 2 years ago, regardless of outcome (not saying you're definitely one of them).

Edit: also want to be clear I'm not critiquing you, I fully appreciate the mockups as I definitely couldn't do that. Just calling out some of the details.

There's just some weird cross thing going on that I can't unsee. Part of that may be that the seam where the chest and shoulder meet is pinched too far in, causing the striping to be way too exaggerated. The one below shows it pushed back, which certainly looks much better to me.

Again, I'm sure the final product will be much sharper but we'll see. The stripes just clash in a strange way when mocking it up, Depending on the final cut of the jersey and the placement of the stripes, that may go away.

So I cant post the picture on the main forum out of respect to another poster from the OBr who PM'ed me a pick but the Brown jerseys are decent. The Orange jersey in Columbus what not a hoax, because this Brown version has a similar look. Cleveland text in orange with shadow numbering. orange, white and orange pattern stripes. I was actually expecting a darker brown, but this is more of a pure brown, not the dark brown some expected.
