Next year the East will be the deepest it's been in a long time.

Cavs still at the top
Bulls constant
Bucks on the rise
Heat and Pacers getting back key players from injury
Raptors and Hawks reshuffling
Wizards probably a small decline with losing Pierce
Celtics young with lots of assets, still no star

Not sure I buy that!

When's the last time the East has been this deep? Outside of the Cavs, I think any team listed there could take anyone else to a 7 game series. Except for Boston, Boston still isn't that good.

I hope we get some good news on Smith, Delly, or the Haywood contract today!

Agreed, for the first time in awhile there are several teams with some legit talent. I still think we are more top heavy than the west though.

So I hear Uncle Rizzy has a source on Ariza being in play for the Cavs.

Maybe this is the 1st source that's true... Nahhh

Seems unrealistic to me.

Houston needs to clear $19 million for Aldridge. Right now they’re at a little under $61 million committed but without cap holds, they only have $6.4 million in space.

They could let Beverly, McDaniels, Terry and Smith walk and move Ariza to save $8.2….but that still means they need to trade another $5 million in salary just to make Aldridge possible. It’s an enormous stretch IMO.
