Cavs Ticket Questions, Policies, and STH Concerns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Are we going to use this as a ticket exchange thread, or should we open up a new one in classifieds?

If so, I am looking for some Monday or Tuesday night games. I have a ten game package in the upper deck and am willing to trade some games.

Eventually this thread is going to get closed -- probably around the time that single game tickets go on sale. At that point, you'll definitely want to post in the Classifieds. Until then, this thread will continue to be a messy stream of Q&A on a lot of ticket-related issues.

hey have a question...my friend has full season tickets...Hypothetical but if they make the NBA Finals how much would $30.00 tickets for the regular season be for the finals in your guys estimation? Only reason I am asking is because he said he would take me to a game

Face value, or market value?

Face value for the Finals is probably 2-2.5x regular season price, so probably $60-75 each. The prices go up with each round.

As for market value, a Finals game in cleveland is probably gonna go for 10x face value at the minimum. I'd say you're probably looking at $400-800 per seat up top.

Anyone know when the pre-sale for partial season ticket holders go on sale before the public?

Anyone know when the pre-sale for partial season ticket holders go on sale before the public?

Don't have specifics but they always email you ahead of time.

You'll receive an access code and a time from the email list serve.

Usually it's:

9AM - Full Season
10AM - Half, Quarter, etc.

A few days later, general public.

My guess is it is being delayed because they're still sorting through the back log of calls.

In past seasons it's been a few days before general public sales.....so if there's a date out there for that yet, it should give you a good idea of when to expect it.

Yeah. I'm aiming for home opener tickets because my dad and I didn't get that game with our package.

A few days, maybe a week, before public sale.

And it goes in waves based on seniority of when you placed your deposit.

No idea, my rep is staying quiet on that. She seems to think end of Sept.

Hi guys, I'm new here. I'm an italian fan (of LeBron at first from 2003, I admit it) and in February I'll be in the USA to watch Goldenstate at Cleveland, could anyone tell me which is the best site to pre-order tickets from Europe? I think nba.com/cavaliers is a good choice, right? Thanks a lot for the help. :)

Your best bet is Cavs.com or FlashSeats.com ....look for tickets to go on sale in the next month.

Here is an email i got from the Cavs.

Hope all is well! By now, you should have received an email with all of the games that you will be receiving for the upcoming 2014-2015 Cavaliers season! You will see the tickets in your flashseats account by the end of September-early October. If you have any questions in regards to that, please let me know. If you are looking for additional tickets to some of the games, please let me know and I will be able to reach out to you within a month or so and try to help you out when individual tickets go on sale.
