Yeah, "Premium League Pass" comes with the pre-season plus home/away streams etc. The last few years they haven't shown all our pre-season games for obvious reasons (e.g. the game from yesterday wasn't available on League Pass) but it's safe to say it'll be available all pre-season long. Mine just auto-renews each season and charges me in November. This is for International League Pass though, so I'm not sure of the differences with the local US League Pass.
