Cavs vs. Pacers, February 2nd, 7 PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hickson's hands are being sensationalized too much. Yes, he does not have exceptional hands but most of the time during the game he is catching passes even in traffic. What pisses me off more is that Parker is in the game instead of Harris.

I'm still laughing on the inside from JJ's dropped pass. What a fucking loser.

so jj dropped a pass and took a bad shot. like weve never seen that b4. at least hes a young guy in there "developing". im more pissed at the fact that manny harris isnt out there with jj at the end of that game.

Wait, so it's cool if a guy is young and sucks as opposed to if a guy is old an sucks? What difference does it make in the long run? Neither will end up being on this team because both suck.

Someone help me figure out exactly what JJ is developing. Point to me something that you've seen that screams "development."

The pass was a bullet shot from a gun. Too. Damn. Hard. I'm not sure if anyone could have caught it. Harris not being in there truly pissed me off. He was one of them who brought them back. He's taken out for Parker. Yeah, Parker played a decent game but geezee. If we are going to lose, I want to lose with the kids of the future and not the old people of the past.

Get off JJ's nuts people.

I think sometimes people forget these kids are well, erm, hm. KIDS. 21 years old is a young kid.

Just got back from this game. If you thought JJ was a dumb player on TV, I implore you to check him out live. Atrocious is the only word I can come up with. Bonehead mistake after bonehead msitake. He drops passes, takes incredibly stupid shots, then half asses setting screens. This dude gets back on defense so slowly you'd think his mom was waiting on the other end of the court to make him eat his greens. I am beyond done with this guy.

Manny Harris is unpolished but the kid knows how to play. I also find it hilarious that he's in the game and we show the Michigan logo when the other team is shooting to elicit boos. :chuckles:

I'm sorry, but being able to focus and catch a ball has nothing to do with age and/or development.

I'm sorry too as the pass was Too. Damn. Hard. Like I already stated.

Harris should have been in the game at the end, but you know Parker was in there to showcase him for a trade. I wanted the Cavs to get the win, but I'll gladly sacrifice a game right now to get rid of Parker.

And - Yes, the pass to JJ was on target, but too damned hard and if Sessions is going to penetrate that deep, he needs to put up the shot.

These are basically all of my complaints in this thread thrown into one post.

See, this guy gets it. It isn't just the easy to notice things like shooting and catching passes. It's being ultra-lazy on setting screens. It's taking forever to get down the court on defense. It's taking REALLY, REALLY stupid shots at the total wrong time. The two worst shots of the night both belonged to HIckson. His fade-away with 18 seconds on the shot clock when the game was tied and then in the 4th his 18 foot, contested jumper when I believe the Cavs had just went down 1 or the game was tied.

It's sooo much more than just statistical with this kid.

Anyone else notice the theme of Scott not playing Harris when it seems like the team really needs him???

Tonight Manny goes and puts the Cavs up three with like 3 minutes to go and gets immediately benched to never be looked at again. After that the Cavs go a minus 8 the rest of the way and of course take a loss.

I don't know what Scott is thinking but this has happened alot with Manny and tonight I believe was a direct corralation to the loss.

I just rewound that play on my DVR...and NO. IT. WAS. NOT. TOO. HARD.

He cut, he knew the pass was coming, and his hands were down at his waste...hmmmmm. Unprepared...that's the name of the JJ theme song.

He wants that pick more than anyone it seems.
