Cavs vs. Pacers -- Wednesday, Oct. 15, 7:00pm (FSO and NBA TV)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Even though the Indiana Pacers serve considerably a lesser threat with George out, I still find satisfaction in beating that squat, whether the game means everything or nothing.

With that being said...

James was James.

Matthew was surprising with 14 and the best preseason performance by him so far.

AJ Price is going to make it out of training camp, he is playing himself into this team.

Is Love's sore neck something that is lingering or was it caused today?

AJ Price is growing on me. He isn't exactly a point guard, but he is a guard who defends two back court positions and knocks down threes. There will be a role for a guard at the end of the bench if Haywood proves he can actually contribute.

On Delly... yeah, his numbers last year had people fooled. The only doubters are people outside of the Bay Area, Australia, and Cleveland. You guys are going by traditional stats and never noticed what this guy does night in and night out. Welcome to the Delly Fan Club, we will have no choice but to accept you, and you will have no choice but to join if you keep watching.

I thought Tristan was good against Hibbert. No one could push him out of the way.Good sign. Dion had a bad shooting night. Had to happen sometime.

First back to back in 6 months. Both he and Love had off nights. Just part of getting into shape.

Dion looked off balance last night, but his form had been looking great the other games.

Could be that he reverts to old habits when he is tired. Who knows. It's one bad preseason game out of 4. I'm not concerned about it.

I am not either. He has played a lot of minutes compared to the rest of the guys. Maybe Indiana's defense threw him off. You could just tell that his form was not as good as the other games. He really clanked a couple.

Still his passing was on, and he broke down the D to get other guys going. The suggestion he shouldn't start is absurd and over in my eyes and I think Blatt's. No one else comes close to providing what he does. That includes his defense where he has easily been the best guy at defending the 2.

Like Love, Dion shot was just off. Indiana's D wasn't the problem either. At least 3x he dribble at the top of the keep, stop looking to pass, the D played off and leaving him wide open. He had time to think about it, shot and missed.
