Cedar Point fast lane

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The good thing about this is that they're taking out even more family rides. Hopefully this keeps the little brats and annoying soccer moms away.

Yeah, we need more tattoos, mullets, wife beaters, etc. at Cedar Point.

Disaster Transport was always terrible, but the Space Spiral was always iconic to me... even though it was boring. It was one of the first things you could see as you were driving up to the park. I'll be sad to see it go.

You'll miss the air conditioning when it goes.

Here's a video of Six Flags Great America's X-Flight to get an idea of what B&M has in store for Cedar Point:

With Disaster Transport gone and this ride up, the park will still be behind Magic Mountain with 16 to their 17 coasters. But if you discount "junior" coasters they'll really be tied at 14.

It's clear Cedar Point and the powers in charge don't care about the coaster record. The moment, THE VERY SECOND Cedar Point announced the removal of Wildcat, SFMM posted on their Facebook page a status about having the most coasters in the world. Shows you what they care about. :chuckles:

Can't wait to see this. Something about B&M track just turns me on.

This is sad as fuck.

Gaaaaah...so they willingly gave up the record for a &%@!*ing light show? That's terrible. Especially when they easily could've moved Wildcat elsewhere. Where Ocean Motion or Chaos used to be or something.

Too bad about Disaster Transport. I remember when it was new with all the new dark SFX, was pretty cool back in the day. I'll definitely miss it. NTM the AC.

New one sounds awesome though.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'm probably only going to go for one weekend, so i want to maximize the amount of rides we can do.

I'm amazed it took them this long to remove wildcat.. the fact that it is even considered a coaster is mind bottling.

Mind bottling...lol.

Went to Cedar Point July 3rd (after 5 pm deal). Got on most of the coasters. Got to line just as Maverick broke (people were stopped in the cars on the tracks). Was an hour fifteen wait - lucky they closed it just as we got there.

Waited 45 mins for Millennium Force, and 30 for Top Thrill. Walked right on Magnum. Rode Mantis last (stand up). Lucky, as that ride makes me feel like ass. Wrecked my girlfriend - it was 9:00 anyway, so we left.

Wicked Twister wasn't running. Missed out on Raptor - was 30 when we first got there, but wanted to head to Millennium Force first. We were going to ride it again before Mantis at end of night, but wait was hour and thirty.

Did not buy Fast Lane. Paid $33 for all this shit.
