its not so much about appeasing lebron...

Who would have thought mike miller, shawn marion and james jones would go from providing some decent things to absolutely nothing 8 months later?

Miller is for sure the biggest head scratcher.

He played all 82 games last season for a Western conference playoff team. In 20 minutes a game, he averaged 7 points, 3 rebounds and shot 46% from 3.

Crazy that guy can give us nothing.

like 'got his legs chopped off' type of halt to production

Great job on both articles Chris.

I was trolling around on Sirius XM looking for draft coverage the other day when I had the misfortune to hear some ESPN "experts" slobber all over the Bulls because they blew the Bucks out in the final game. They all picked the Bulls over the Cavs (of course) and a few even picked the Bulls to go all the way.

I think Timo's ability from 17 feet is being severely underrated in this whole, "spacing" discussion regarding he and TT. Sure, he doesn't rain down 3's like Kevin Love, but he's not inept when outside of the paint. He has to be defended from that area.

He hasn't been used in that capacity enough to indicate whether he's consistently effective out there, but we're going to find out. If LeBron and Kyrie can get a pick-and-pop game going with him, the Cavs are in good shape. It's one of several unknowns on which the team's postseason hinges.

I wouldn't say he has to be defended because he simply doesn't take as many of those shots as he can but you surely have to tell a guy to step up on him IF he MAKES a couple. I guarantee Chicago will give him that shot all series unless he starts taking a lot and making them

Thanks for another great article, Chris. I can only imagine what type of article Fedor would write about the game. I'm guessing it'd be about as long as a tweet and look something like this, (in a douchey, dweeby voice) "The Cavaliers must play better in game 2 in order to win. And did anyone see the finale of The Bachelor last night?! Flyin-fa-doodle that was intense!"

I'm personally enjoying Chris' beef with the other reporters that's being played out on Twitter. I watch a lot of WWE so it feels like Chris has been hanging with Vince McMahon and will soon hit Chris Haynes with a chair.

I think it's hilarious and not a shock. They see a guy in Chris that actually knows Xs and Os and is more than willing to call them out when the gossip columnist well, gossip, and you know it sticks in their craw. And that he actually talks to us unwashed masses here at RCF? The horror, THE HORROR!

They live in their own little bubble/frat and if anything has come to pass since this has started that it's now for the world to see. They are coming off as little petty children and just can't keep it inside anymore, so they are lashing out.

Maybe it's a part of why IQs in our country have been dropping. A large part of society gets wrapped up in the nonsense and gossip that they fail to see what's right in front of them.

I personally get sick of 78 articles written about a damn headband that's sole purpose it to hide someone's hairline. I like reading about analysis, x's and o's, match-up predictions, and team news. I've limited my news sources to so few because I just can't take all the fluff that gets printed that seems to be eaten up.

I like the approach Chris(not Haynes) took to how he handled his job this season because it's the way I would have done it. I get that reporters are technically supposed to remain objective but they're aren't supposed to be manipulative either. Chris asks questions that I would ask and he does it respectfully which is all I think we could ask out of a reporter.

Keep up the good fight Chris and if you need a tag team partner just call.
