Hate so much ISO. Looks like Dion but able to make more of his bad shot attempts. Neither knows how to move without the ball. Looks good in ISO, looks unstoppable running the offense and getting open shots.

The way to play is about 75% offensive set and transition push mixed with 25% Lebron Iso'ing and creating on his own. Leiso as stagnant as it may seem is one of the best plays in basketball. Period.

Especially the Iso with Kyrie / Love waiting as options. Quite the upgrade over Marshall and Damon Jones.

I love how approachable and friendly he seems. His after game pressures (especially if in Cleveland) can be upwards of 20 minutes long and he just isn't robotic sounding.

His post-game chat with the reporters last night was quite entertaining. You can tell that he chooses his words in some cases (he doesn't always give a complete answer) but he is willing to answer the Xs and Os questions in detail. He also is happy to talk longer after wins but is honest after losses.

I know posters have complained about the Cleveland Scene, but that guy at least asks interesting questions most of the time (even if he forgot Kidd coaches the Bucks now). I wish the Chinese female reporter got to ask 10 questions a night. She always puts Blatt on the spot, even if her questions are sometimes hilariously different. "Why aren't you playing Miller and Jones? Are you conserving those veterans for the playoffs"? That was good.

I don't know the reporters name, but he seems to take EVERYTHING anybody says, even if little, completely out of context and ask ?s that are just stupid. I am like, I can completely tell that wasn't the point whoever was giving the answer was trying to get out lol.

last night was funny, he called him out on his goof and I laughed out loud when the Chinese reporter asked her question and he yelled "Why didn't we cut it off then?" lol.

he did not forgot that

it was an intentional try to catch blatt

How do you know that?

But if it did happen to be true, it marks him as a huge douche. It's a post-game interview to hopefully get interesting answers to honest questions, not a freaking game of Jeopardy gotcha.

I think it was a mistake, but it was really barely slipped in. Hearing The way he said Skiles could make you gloss over it.

Blatt is really playfully aggressive with the media. It really is fun and refreshing.

I like when he gets serious too and says,"this win does not mean we have turned a corner. It is a baby step to us becoming a consistently good team in the long-term."

Wow dude blows my mind and I love the patience.

This was more about Blatt than Miller--

Doesn't sound like Wallace is a fan so far.

Eduardo Los Angeles [via mobile] Hey Michael Wallace! Do you know why coach Blatt isn't giving Mike Miller PT? He looked good last year with the Grizzlies

Michael Wallace (2:16 PM)
Blatt's rotations are completely puzzling at times. Mike Miller was handpicked by LeBron to be a rotation player there. I'm not sure if Mike is in great shape yet, but he's going to be a player they rely on as the season progreses. He proved he could be healthy enough to play in all 82 games last season, so if he can manage that durability this season, he'll likely overcome some of Blatt's musical chairs antics with the rotation.

Does Wallace watch the games? I was listening to those idiots King and Isola at NBA radio and Isola made the dumb comment if they (the CAVS) get their act together. I think they have gotten their act together. The World stopped watching however when the CAVS lost those 4 in a row a week ago and set the narrative the team is a failure and the coach is not up to the job. For my money what ailed the CAVS and why they are now better is that Lebron wasnt in shape to start the season and now he may be. Simple as that.

I don't think you are wrong, but the team buying in on defense has changed everything and made the offense work. Part of that was Lebron contesting shots and putting forth the effort on that side. Guys follow his effort for sure.

As in Frank Isola of the New York sports media? Sensationalism loud mouth at its finest. I have a few issues with Wallace (and Windy at times too), but a national pundit is probably the last place to look for Cavs coverage. Bias and chasing stories is their game, not objective coverage.

Honestly if I want a quality take on Cavs play I usually read up from some of the more reputable posters on this very forum
