all the ups and downs.. when im cutting, people tell me im not big for being on steroids. When Im bulking people say Im big but im not cut. Everyone's just trying to be critical.

I should be at 12.5% right now. I can lose 2-3 more lbs by Friday, which is when my tren runs out and will make the 2 week mark from when I said i was gonna cut for two weeks. That should put me at 11 to 11.5. Then i can bulk again. And I wont fuck it up like last cycle, because Ill be starting at a good bodyfat and wont need to worry about getting fat.
 
Got in the gym for the first time today in months. It was rough. Shouldnt have slacked this summer.
 
Status update -
Did all 3 parts of the triathlon distance over the weekend. Here's where I am at:
-Bike - 9.3 miles - I did this on a stationary bike. The good news is that one of my neighbors is SUPER into biking, and he helped me fix my own road bike up, so now I can get out on the road and race the course. It took me roughly 30 minutes, but once again, I don't trust the stationary bike to mimic distance traveled. I bike well, so I expect to average 18 MPH for the race. Just a hair faster and I am where I want to be - 30 minutes for the bike section.

-Run - 2 miles - I came up short. I ran at 7.5 mph for 2 miles, and I was pretty tired. That's 8 minute miles, which is slow, but I just came off of the bike. I think that I can do it on race day at that pace. That's the goal. Of course, I did this out of order as compared to race day, which goes swim--bike--run.

-Swim. Went to the pool with my daughter and wife, and snuck out to do laps. Got in all 500 meters, but it was UGLY. I definitely have to work on my technique more, but I was rusty.

Going to try to go to the course this weekend and do the whole thing at once, then I will spend the last month shoring up my weaknesses.
 
Complete progress from December 2011 to now. Picture 3 is at jigo's weight and that's when i started lifting (april, 2012). Picture 3 to picture 7 are incredible, imo.

You take the worst progress pics. Seriously dude it's like you go out of your way to have shitty lighting and angles. Do some of the typical bodybuilding poses that will actually show your muscular progress and maybe it will get people off your ass for not having a body that lives up to steroids.

Edit: Actually some of them aren't bad but I think better lighting will make a lot of difference in your pics
 
The people who say 'body doesnt live up to steroids' think you look like The Rock after 1 cycle. The stuff is an accelerator, but you lose some of your gains so its not like a night and day difference. 2lbs LBM vs. 3lbs LBM realistically a month.

I could care less about angles and poses and lighting. Posing is gay and Im not a photographer. Progress is evident regardless of what filter I use on instagram

I dont know whether to bulk or cut now. I wanna get to 200 but there is nothing sexier than having abs. STuck at 12%.. room for improvement on both sides of the paradigm.
 
really sick of my skin sucking. Thats why I stopped my last cycle. Working in week 2 of not feeling comfortable about it.


tren is on the way.. Doing a recomp b/c I've been told im big enough. I wouldnt mind putting on another 10 lbs or so while cutting 5 of fat. That sounds nice, real nice.
 
Your skin is terrible because of the roids. I know you know this.

I do seaweed wraps from time to time. But I also have a massage gel that has green tea/pomegranate extract. But all that being said, I'm a girl and I went to school to learn about techniques on making the skin look a lot better.
 
my skin is absolutely bad because of the supplements.

Gimme more tips please.. Ive always just assumed all of that stuff was more placebo effect than anything. when the accutane isnt making me want to kill myself, its trying to kill me with cancer
