Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I keep making all kinds of new desserts. Not a good thing for me, but it tastes delicious.

gotta be honest, im just sick of fucking eating. Im tired of all the food I eat except for pbj. This means Im gonna cut, i guess.

I fucked up my wrist doing a power clean 5 weeks ago. My wrist was tilted inwards a tiny bit instead of being completely vertical when I went to catch it. Thought it was just a sprain so I was just wrapping it in tape for softball games, not lifting, and wrapping it in an ace bandage. Last week I decided to get a heavy duty splint cuz it still didn't feel any better. Still fucking hurts so I went to the doctor yesterday. They took xrays (which I knew would be negative). The doctor thinks it is extensor tendonitis and gave me a sweet boxers splint to wear

and if it isn't better in a week; I have to see an orthopedist and get an MRI to see if I tore a ligament. It's killing me because I was just getting into a nice groove lifting, and I haven't been able to for weeks now. Fuuuuuucccckkkkkkk

lol

i fucked my wrist up 6 months ago. doctor gave me one of those and told me to not lift for a few weeks.

I literally hadnt left the building before I threw it out and I went to lift the next day

how the fuck are my triglycerides low?? this is like, directly related to cholesterol and fat.. like im really low..

Alright boys and girl, going for a sub-6 again today. Been doing the 1:10-1:15 400 splits, so it's time to get under 6 again. Have yet to do it since the time I posted about it in here. Everything has been 6:12-6:35.

I lost 5 lbs over the last few weeks and I'm not really sure what happened. Been eating shitty, but I guess it's the exercise and hours and hours of yard work.

I started a new Jillian workout - Yoga Inferno. I am very familiar with her style of workouts. I thought this was going to be very similar to Yoga Meltdown.... I was wrong.

I started with Workout 1 - and within the first 3 minutes, I was dripping with sweat. This is new for me and yoga. Yoga is effective, but I've never would drip with sweat. The tempo is much faster than her original yoga workouts. Very challenging and I won't move to the next workout until I feel I know the first pretty well. The second workout adds in free weights. That's very new for yoga.

I like the change up and the challenge of this. Now if I could just stop eating so many sweets....

man, i got sick of every healthy thing I was eating practically overnight. Its been 3 weeks or so since Ive really been eating well. I need some new meal ideas.

Please, please guys.. anything healthy, inexpensive and easy to prepare?

Took my practice Nasm exam, after the Browns game-- got a shitty 75%-- which is still considered passing. But I see where I need to focus more on studying. I have 2 months to take the actual exam.

I half-assed the studying, because I'm a procrastinator. I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks. My apartment heat is set on "Satan". The radiator is right next to my total gym. I think I'll try Yoga Inferno, by the inferno and make this an ultra hybrid yoga that includes a sweat lodge as well.

I've opted out of baking sweets so frequently (Every week). I'm focusing on being very lean. I want to be 125lbs by the end of the year. 10 or so pounds off. My water intake is pretty awful as well.

still waiting to see how difficult it is to get a job as a personal trainer. Interested to see.

I dropped 8 fucking pounds, in a bad way, during that relationship. Fucking horseshit. And the fact that Im taking a shit ton of adderall does NOT promote weight gain.

Time to mf eat

There are personal trainer jobs available. But doubt it's a full time thing. I just basically wanted the certification to know exactly what the hell I'm doing.

I ate healthy yesterday. That's pretty impressive considering how I eat on a regular basis. Damn, do I want some Taco Bell. Nachos Bell Grande... Taco supremes... Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The problem is that I love food that tastes delicious.

I keep hearing people talk about taking pre-workout drinks or something of that nature. There are conflicting theories of working out on an empty stomach vs. carbs/protein that energize you. I've never had the inclination to take a pre-workout shake. Then again, I'm not lifting heavy weights. I'm holding yoga poses with my own body weight. I suppose that's the difference.

Looks like it's chicken breast and veggies for dinner... Again.

And it's extremely difficult to find a cute sports bra.

I decide to see if I could drink close to 3 liters of water a day. At the rate I'm going, I'm easily drinking 2 cases of water per week. And I have pretty much stopped baking sweets. Opting for Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. I try to at least get in a 15-30 min workout, daily.

Last night was legs and glutes.
20 squats with 15lbs Kettlebell
30 lunges with 8lbs dumbbells
40 calf raises
50 sec. wall sit
100 jumping squats
50 sec. wall sit
40 reverse leg raises
30 hip raises
20 squats with 15lbs Kettlebell

I need to buy a scale. Thinking I'll weigh myself to see where I'm at.
Water intake has made my hair grow very fast. I'm thinking of chopping it all off (pixie cut) for the winter.
I have failed at the protein shakes though.

Tonight I'm doing abs and arms/shoulders.
