Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Casein is OK, its not gonna change your body over night or anything. You can mix your protein with whole milk to make it digest longer if you wanna be cheap.

Just saw a friend on FB buy a fucking "7 day fast kit" of just shakes for $75, dropped almost $400 on "healthy" foods and signed up for 2 months of zumba to prepare for a 10k....... just eat less and run more. That $600 could have been spent on bad ass running shoes and some headphones and would get you much farther than a week long liquid diet and all the gimmick foods that say "buy me im healthy!" on them.

I ever have a ton of money to blow im gonna start an infomercial telling people to just eat less food if they wanna lose weight, and then explain how calories work. so many people get suckered in to shit, myself included. hate seeing it.
googling "how to lose weight" has three embedded results at the top that all say cals out > cals in.

can't cure stupid/laziness/whichever other adjective you prefer. the bar for 'common sense' that is actually common is quite low, hence all the people going on crazy diets, thinking juice cleanses are healthy, etc etc when the real solutions are way more simple.

Just did my first lift in 4 months after doing nearly 6 days a week for about a year or so. Definitely disappointing not to get much of a pump anymore. Lost about 25 lbs in those 4 months as well so hoping to be super lean and cut within a month or so.

Gotta find that motivation to get it back.

My cheat day with the cinnamon roll pancakes was phenomenal, at first. After consuming them, I felt awful about eating so badly. So much so that I didn't eat anything else for the remainder of the day. I was very sluggish.

Today, I did a 30min workout that worked the entire body with 3 cardio sequences mixed in. I pull muscles all the time.

I was thinking of getting some Casein, but I was told that cottage cheese was a better option, except that I don't think I can eat cottage cheese everyday. I'll try it and see how that goes.

Cheat days are pretty great to do with a diet. Reset levels in your body actually aid in weightloss

lifting is the best thing ever. Im also doing a cut so if you need motivation or anything, post in here and we can be e-bros

Down another pound to 184 and 16.9%bf.. my goal is to be at 14% BF by the time I go on vacation this summer, sometime in may or early june. if i can keep on track and maybe cut another 200 calories off my daily intake, i think i can make it!

gotta stay focused :D

Very nice day out. Did my outdoor cardio for the first time since early Dec. I did ankle weights as well as 3lbs free weights. 6.2 miles. I always have my areas in which my pace is slower. Wanted to collapse when I got back home. Lower back and arms are sore/tired.

Then on my walk to the car, I noticed that I'm limping on the right leg. I think the ankle weights were too much. I usually get a few outdoor workouts with just the free weights in first, before I add the ankle weights.

I also work in fitness and get paid to workout with my clients. So, my workouts are more so set on a daily. And I do extra when I get off early.

whats the job update nickelsmack? i think i missed hwo that chapter developed. How do you get clients? how hard was it to find work> do you think it helped that youre a chick? whats pay like? your clients? what do you do?

taking it easy on juice right now, just a standard amount of testsosterone since I dont produce my own. figured that switching between tren and npp back to back was hindering gains. And tren is fucking expensive.

Problem is, tren made it stupid easy to lose weight and retain muscle, so its more diffiuclt. But itll pay off. Fuckign gym, im so sick of lifting. I cannot stand doing shoulders and traps arent that far off.

btw: say what you want about limp bizkit, they made some really good gym music. I want rap rock to come back .

Love me some limp bizkit. I usually just shuffle my collection of Disturbed, its loud, upbeat, slightly violent and every song sounds the same so you can just let it rock

i hated distrubed when they were relevant, but honestly, all of that music (rage, linkin park, limp, rammstein) was light years above whatever is out now (which is nothign) for getting adrenaline going. might be worth revisitng. So crazy how aggressive rock music is so out of the norm and considered weird now.

15 years earlier, satan worship was edgy and cool though, so I get it.

wes borland is the only reason lb is good. the albums with his riffs vs. those without are night and day. 3 dolla bill yall is nuts.

At this time, I only work with women. I've had men ask me to train them, and I've declined. I have a better understanding of the female body. Eventually, I'll branch out. I just want to see how this goes and then I can add on more responsibility. Pay isn't great, but I'm not the type how's all about money, as I feel that will come, in the long run.

I will say that I have been pushing myself (physically) too hard. I have a workout to do at work, this evening. And I'm even debating getting a workout in at home before I go in.

I was essentially hired because I'm younger and more athletic. I also know the human body-- my massage background works well with the personal trainer schooling. This is going to force me to go back to my massage roots and explaining the muscles- their actions/their antagonist/synergist. It's a little overwhelming, as I just got this job out of nowhere.

I'm thinking that I need to invest in Kinesiology tape. My back has been hurting like the dickens, since yesterday, and I had a workout to do at work, I believe I have one scheduled in the morning as well.

Did a 2 mile walk through scenic toledo (main street next to the hood..yay broken liquor bottles every step of the way) this morning.. it was cold lol but thats good, being cold burns fat to warm back up.

Dropped my cals down to 1800 to see how that feels, still managed 166g protein too. Feels good after day 1, gotta keep on truckin

edit- what supplements is everyone taking and which ones do you think are actually worth a damn?
Whey (100% Whey by Cyto Sport at Costco)- duh
Preworkout (C4)- love it
Creatine (BulkSupplements)- Dont notice when im on it, but if i dont take it for a week it makes a huge difference. Always fell small and weak until i take it again. Worth it.
BCAA (BulkSupplements)- I bought pure BCAA and let me tell you, dont fucking do it. It doesnt dissolve in water and tastes like swamp ass, if you do think theyre necessary, buy something like Xtend or the pill form.
CLA (BulkSupplements)- supposedly burn belly fat with real studies to back it up. They were free from BulkSupplements on Amazon, so I figure id try em. Not sure if they work or not, but they also supposedly fight cancer
Fiber (Costco)- I dont feel all gassy and bloated any more after mixing some with my protein shake

I like Syntha-6 for Protein. I get the cookies n cream. Tastes good too.

If you have a costco membership you gotta try the stuff CytoSport makes for them. 75 servings of 27g protein for $49..tastes and dissolves so much better than ON with more servings and more protein with a cheaper price. The muscle pharm combat they have is great too, but price/quantity..gotta go with 100% Whey IMO
