Starting new workout today it's all endurance. Any given exercise its as many reps you can do within the time limit. FOr example 2 rep front squat. As many sets as you can for 20 minutes....I think I am going to die
 
ate a way smaller lunch today than normal so i still have hella calories for dinner. i could get used to this
 
Went with 2 tilapia filets, bell pepper, jalapeno hummus and 2 cups of captain crunch :thumbup:
 
I'm looking to lose some weight now that I have a bit of a routine down. My hours are nuts so I don't really have time to cook and eat well. Instead I just started one of those online food delivery services. We'll see how it goes.
 
take an hour on the weekends and cook a pot of rice and 6-8 chicken breasts then boil a frozen veggie.

You just made lunch for a good part of the week.
 
I started to supplement my cardio with the Spartacus workout.

I forgot how tough that can be, especially when you use some heavy weights.

179.2 lbs 15.7% BF once again the leanest ive ever been! Im addicted to counting calories now..if i dont have a good approximation of how much is in something, ive noticed a serious aversion to wanting to eat it. Its a really nice habit to have after being basically addicted to food for most of my life

Ive been taking progress pics roughly every month, after this one for may im gonna make a compilation of them into one image. hopefully i wont wuss out when i see them all in a row lol

It's an endurance race. But I'm not eating clean. Had the best hot chocolate yesterday. It was amazingly rich. I should have gotten a small.

If the weather is nice enough, I'm planning on going for a workout around the neighborhood.

There are so many food spots around here.

Don't know what it was about yesterday but I literally fell asleep at 9:30 and woke up to my alarm at 7am. I feel like Tony the Tiger right now.

What I did yesterday for a replacement for chips on some days (I still eat chips, Doritos are the shit, I don't care how bad they are for you. 9 Doritos with my sandwich at lunch isn't going to kill me)

Take a can of chickpeas, drain & rinse. In a separate bowl, ~2-3T of EVOO, and add cumin, cayenne, S&P, chili powder, I also added chipotle chili pepper and red pepper flakes. Toss the chickpeas in the bowl and coat. Place that delicious goodness on a baking sheet and spread. 350 for around 30min, mixing them around on the baking sheet occasionally (I did about 4 times within that 30min)

They are crunchy on the outside, still a little soft on the inside. GB&D (Golden Brown & Delicious)

Replaces chips/snacks. High in fiber, protein, iron. No sugar, no cholesterol.

I have been slacking on my running this week. Work has been a killer. This Saturday I am going to run 12 miles in preperation for the half marathon next Sunday. After that, I am going to go to Tony Packo's (Northwest, OH people know what I am talking about) and I am slaying a M.O.A.D and fried pickles.

Fricker's on the other hand.. dollar beers and 40cent wings every tuesday. Best wings ive ever had

Holy shit man, you have to go. It's amazing. Make sure you go to the one downtown though, not one of the mini ones in Andersons. Yeah, Frickers is good. Me and some guys try and hit it up on Tuesdays. Not the downtown one (best one b/c you can watch Mudhens games for free) but the one on Reynolds. Usually crowded and a good atmosphere.

You want the best wings in Toledo, I would recommend The Distillery. Easily on par with Frickers.

You dont happen to lift at UT do you? Cuz we probably have been around each other a lot if so lol
