had an epic cheat day yesterday. Bag of kit kats, burrito, chinese food, and I still managed to be at maintenance for calories.

In other news, my stomach is harboring an atom bomb.

Will you speak more in depth on "bag of kit kats?" Like a 4pc. 'bag' or an actual bag that has a shit ton.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a daily occurrence, for me. My chocolate of choice is Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. And then I made 2 huge dishes of Mac and Cheese. I can't grasp what my issue is. While my weight is fine, my energy and eating habits are pretty awful. I tend to shop when I'm hungry, and those peanut butter cups are the first thing in the store.

I managed to grab a container of C4 from a former co-worker. I'm not sure how to utilize this, but I think in the state I'm in, I probably need it.
And I have free access to a gym and I'm not using it. All I know is are smoothie bar is the shit. My manager has been teaching me to make different types of shakes, and they taste so good.
 
Im a control freak, I eat the same thing every day so I buy the same stuff every week.. have to have order. Makes it easy. When I want to cheat, I have protein bars that are healthy and taste great. That should work.

Six, at the grocery in the candy aisle they sell family size candy bags.. five servings at 200 calories, and it was the smaller bag. Almost went reeses but wanted to change it up from what I normally do
 
In week 2 of a four week carb cycle, eating five times a day just introduced starches into the diet this week. Already down 6 pounds in less than a week and a half. Gotta make it to my cheat meal on Friday if it kills me.

Same thing. Eggs, chicken, shaved meat, raw veggies/fruits, frozen veggies, chickpeas, ff cottage cheese.

Oh yeah :alc: Work has been a bitch, late hours past 2 weeks. Don't know if I am going to be able to make it this week. I think next Thursday though I am going to head out there for some margs before I head off to trivia

And I know margaritas in the Diet/Nutrition thread is a sin, but holy shit are El Camino's margs really damn good. Don't even care.

Currently taking Cutler DRY (just started taking it, will update) in the AM, BCAA intra work out, Cell KEM post work out, Quadracarn throughout day, ZMA at night.

Was taking C4 but was relying on it too heavily so I stopped. Results have been awesome - was taking Erase Pro, which worked for me. Also took BANISH which worked great (Stim-free burner).

Another stim-free burner I recommend is Lean Out.

Favorite current proteins: UMP & Select Protein (snickerdoodle flavor is absurdly good) - ZERO fillers, Select is fast absorbing so make sure to mix it with a fruit and peanut butter. UMP is by far the best tasting protein I've ever had.

I took some C4 before I left for work. Watermelon flavor (hold the racial jokes) :chuckle: Within 20 minutes, I felt a surge throughout my body and almost like pins/needles sticking me. Is this normal? I believe my hyperness was greatly influenced by this, because I'm never hyper. This stuff is crack!

On a related note, I also have another pre-workout, that was at my job - Neon Sport - Volt Berry Pomegranate.
I think I will only take the pre-workout if I'm doing a personal trainer (Team X training) or spinning class. I'm really not sure that this stuff is for me.

yeah thats normal, especially if you arent a coffee drinker. the pins and needles is from beta alanine, i love that feeling haha. I usually take C4 cuz its so cheap on amazon (even cheaper than Costco) but havent taken PWO since i started taking Bronkaid...dont wanna over do the stims lol.
