There is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing gloves....
None of what you said above is true if you have a good glove.
Bottom line is, if you have a good glove and you grip the bar correctly, you will be in good shape.
If you have weak wrists, you need to find out if you are using the right form before you get straps. If wrist is locked, form is good, etc... get some straps when you lift heavy. Dicks has good ones for around $20.

Bottom line is, I wear gloves. Always have. I can't shake people's hands with jacked up hands. I rep 3 plates on the bench, never have gotten a blister, have zero issues gripping the bar. Chalk is the most asinine thing in the world, one of the two gyms I go to actually bans chalk, it's worthless. (unless you get real sweaty hands, then I can see the point of it)
literally every competitive lifter uses chalk
