Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
How many carbs do you limit yourself to per day? I've never done a low carb diet; like I said I never really eat a lot of carbs anyways. What kind of meals do you make? Just throwing shit at the wall, might change up what I'm doing.

back when i was trying to lose weight, i'd typically eat:

breakfast: eggs and an apple or potato

lunch: mega salad with lots of meat and cheese

dinner: meat and vegetables

snacked on nuts for the most part, some cottage cheese before bed. also a protein shake after workouts.

and i never really counted my carbs, though they were usually under 50 a day i'd say. just limited carbs after lunch hours.

Sounds pretty doable. I almost never even take note of carbs. Might try that.

just placed an order for some test enanth, I'll update with my progress if anyone cares

What's the best shit to do if you wanna lose 30 lbs? I'm currently at 197, 5 ft 10. i gained like 10 lbs outta nowhere it seemed. So i really wanna shock some people and drop 30 lbs, I bought a freaking Elliptical and I have to get used to it. When I run fast or jog for a while, I get these chest pains. Im guessing I have to move at a certain pace so my body can develop into a routine. I wanna be the best softball player on the field come summer leagues. =)

What should I eat on a daily basis?

I like eggs, fruit, salad, chicken, turkey meat, crackers, walnuts and raisins.

dont try to lose it all overnight, youll burn out, get fatter and wanna die. look to lose 2 lbs a week. I made a post earlier in this thread. find out your BMR and then subtract 1000 calories from that a day by exercise and diet in whatever combination is most comfortable for you and youll lose 30 lbs in 3 months or so

3 months sounds fabulous man. I'll check through for the post now.

I was contemplating on starting a new thread for a while, but figured it might be best just to post this in here. Most people might not remember this but I made a thread about starting to see a nutritionist and needing to lose a significant amount of weight. Well its been a few years and I can proudly say I have lost 173lbs all on straight diet and exercise. I'm not gonna go until details right now about what exactly I do or how much I weigh but I just wanted to give my update. I have never been more happy with myself and thought I would share. I also stopped seeing the nutritionist shortly after I started so I wasn't being coached on what to do through all this.

Did you ever do the HCG diet? My wife used to managed people on that diet and it seemed to work wonders. It's very strict, but it works...

Either way, your results are unbelievable. Congrats!

found this website that helps you track diet and exercsite called LoseIT(http://www.loseit.com/

I have been on it a week and just by tracking my intake and exercise I have dropped 5 lbs

check it out

Here is a random question that I never really asked before.....I am 6'5" how much should someone as tall as me weigh?

If tuna a healthy choice or too many carbs? Been eating it a lot lately from Subway.

Didnt try any of those special diets out there. Just cut a lot of stuff out and exercised more. I dont fry anything, i barely eat red meat. I pretty much only eat turkey products and chicken. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I dont know shit about diets but i just try to stick to around 1500 calories and it worked so far.
