If this was so easy, why didn't the Heat do it during their 4 year run?

Edit: just went and looked and they swept 2 series out of 12 in the eastern conference. We've done it 4 times in 5 chances, and will probably make it five out of 6. If they were doing what the Cavs did it would be the most amazing accomplishment ever, but because it's us the east has suddenly become a pile of shit and it's nothing special.
