He’s been helping Derrick Williams as well on his 3pt shot. And Tristan on his free throws.

I’ve noticed just about all of our guys have become better shooters after Korver joined the team.

Korver's probably one of the 10 best shooters who ever lived. It's almost like LeBron got another Ray Allen around. That is so big, especially because it looks like Korver has a lot left.

Ray Allen helped LeBron with his free throws, I think. If Korver can help our players learn to become better shooters, that would be worth a multi-year contract alone.

Just off the top of my head, the only player in the league who's a better shooter than Korver at this time (by the percentages) is Curry. And the differences aren't that big. Also, when I say "top 10 shooter of all time," I mean 3pt and FT percentages.

We'll see how Steph's percentages look when he gets to Korver's age (36 next month). They might not hold up over time.

Not in general, but he struggled to start this season. His balance didn't seem great. Part of it was the hold-out.

So, if we expect him to be rusty when he returns, Korver may be the perfect guy to get him back on track faster.

I would have been so disappointed to see him sustain a real injury that affects the season at that point of the game, in a game like that. I would have had to blame Lue, completely too. Not sure he should have even been in the game at that point.

Right, at that point your team has been so bad and you're down, you put Kyrie and Korver in bubble wrap. Korver is 35 and vital to this team, get him out. Also, Kyrie had some rough falls in that 4th. C'mon Lue, read the room.

Exactly. Flat out---they went back into the locker room and manipulated his knee to do a "live check" for big structural damage like a torn ACL, MCL, etc. Korver would have stayed in the locker room most likely, and certainly would not have been preparing to return into the game if there was any inkling that there was a torn anything. The Cavs doctor is paid the big bucks to be able to do stuff like this on the fly.
