Yea I actually thought he looked more involved today. A little more lively.
His shot if off, and obviously if he doesn't find it his usefulness in the playoffs is diminished greatly, almost the point of being unplayable. But the rest of his game looked better today.

Man, RJ is amongst my favourite Cavalier ever!
What a character, man! What a character! Its a shame he is old as fuck now but the man was huge in the Finals last year and in the Christmas game. Years of watching vets becoming corpse after coming here, RJ has been like a breath of fresh air.
And yeah, that contract is worth it just for the snapchat, man!

Anyone complaining about RJ's contract does not know basketball or bnasketball finances.
Its a 2 year 5 million dollar contract with team option for 3rd year.
Yes RJ has declined, but players allot more worthless than RJ today are making over 5 million a year, much less over 2 years. And RJ if he feels cannot contribute anymore will retire and leave the 2.5 million on the table.
I will gladly take RJ back in the James Jones role for 2.5 mill next year and move Jones into a shooting coach role.
Yes RJ is declining, he is getting older, but he still has allot of value to this team both on and off the court.
PS, and 20 mins a game is too much for him, thus the decline. Injuries and a short roster have forced this, but he has taken on the extra minutes like a champ without complaining.
