Moz and Z's game are quite similar offensively. Both have great awareness under the basket. Z was the tip-in king...it's nice to see Moz has some of that in him as well. The chemistry is already there b/w LBJ and Moz...this has to be a product of LBJ and Z playing together all those years. It brings back some great memories and will hopefully lead to some great memories made.
Was telling my Dad last night during the game that Moz reminds me of a healthy 90's Z. 90's Z had some athleticism and shot blocking ability but was always known best for his shot.

Moz is a little bit more of a defensive type, but also has a shot that I wouldn't sneeze at.

I said the exact same thing

Know I'm jumping the gun a bit here, but Mozgov is going to be very valuable for us in a way that is not really being brought up right now. Next year the team has the potential to be 4 deep in above average bigs with Love, Mozgov, Tristan, and Andy, something not many teams in the current day NBA can claim, and Mozgov will limit the beating and minutes Andy sees next year, something we have all been waiting for for a while now. Mozgov can let us do with Andy what G.S. did with Jermaine O'Neal last season, rest him on back to backs and have him play 20 minutes or less a night to keep him safe for the playoffs. Sure, it makes the contract we gave Andy look worse, but we'd all rather have him healthy and contributing and making 10 million dollars than sitting on the bench hurt and making 10 million dollars. Also, paying ~14 million in total for Mozgov AND Andy next year doesn't look too bad at all. The year after next is when we have to worry a bit.

Those highlights were just yummy

Love and Moz together is magic

Now teams can't rea focus on Love because Mozgov is so solid

And that's before I even mention his amazing presence on D. He changes the scouting report by himself. You remember before Moz teams basically posted up all game every game. Crazy how that shit has stopped lol

The Cavs obviously missed having a capable center in the lineup.
Their D has been retooled, and they are better at protecting the rim, not great, but better.
There wasn't anything that suggested to me they could have waited much longer to get one.

Big Z's post hook was amazing

Moz is better defensively because he's more athletic

I'm not making a dig at Z, just that this MOZ is really impressive.

Like you said, athletic, strong and can play.
