kinda crazy that such a great prospect fell to us #19 in the draft. And everyone is bitching about our drafting... :rolleyes:

Sergey is everything people say Dion isn't, the Klay Thompson-esq wing player with incredible shooting ability and size

We already drafted the clone of the guy that everyone says would be a perfect compliment to Irving... He seriously needs to get more minutes on the floor

I like karasevs minutes yesterday but he needs to catch the ball with a more athletic pose so as teams close out on him he can get the ball on the floor and not be pushed into an arc so easily. I know he shoots flat footed but he needs to prepare for when word gets out

Brown should give him a start at the 2 and see how that line-up goes. Since we are experimenting, what is the worst that could happen? We just started an undrafted rookie at the 2, so let's see what else we have.

If Brown is willing to play 3 guards as much as he does, he might as well play Karasev at the 3.

Not so easy, Dion, Jack and Miles all have a better shot at guarding the 3 spot becuase of their build.

But I do agree that MB has to find minutes for Sergey. The kid just knows how to play the game and I think will flourish as a solid contributor in the NBA.

Miles yes. Dion maybe. But Jack? He can't guard SFs at all. They just shoot right over him.

Hell, start him AND Delly at the 3 and 2, respectively. Couldn't possibly be any worse than Clark/Gee this year.

Just announced that he is starting tonight.
 
Good move by Brown. Would prefer Karasev eventually start at SF and put Dion back into the starting lineup. Need to diversify Kyrie's game up and get him going off the ball
