This is true, the topic isn't really "best" just "favorite". I do have to admit though that Paul Walker kind of surprised me in the movie Running Scared. It was really over the top with obscenities and some of his dialogue was absurd but overall I think he did a good job with the accent and capturing the demeanor of a desperate person.

i have to ask why so many people are partial to P. Seymour Hoffman... I'm not knocking his skillz as an actor, I know he's good, but what's the deal? I've seen him in Capote, Before the Devil knows Your Dead, Mission Impossible 3, and Boogie Nights....am I missing something? Just curious.
